Underwater knives are essential to the diver. For rope and line cutting, prying, and as a general underwater tool they add safety and efficiency to the dive.
All of the knives offered from Deep-Six are made from extremely high grade stainless steel or titanium. With very little care, they are designed to last for many years. The stainless steel is at least 420 grade which means it can be honed to a razor sharp edge, which is most important for underwater use! As with all underwater stainless knives it is necessary to oil the blade on occasion. A grade of stainless that will not rust in seawater cannot be sharpened to a razor-sharp edge. Many of the following knives have a built-in line cutter that easily cuts through monofiliment fishing line without cutting the diver. The titanium knives, although more expensive, simply will not rust.
The sheaths are well-built. The releases are designed for easily use with one hand. The knives lock securely in place once returned to the sheath.
K-01 - Titanium
The K-01 is made of titanium and will not rust. The blade length is 5 1/2". It has a drop point and is very light weight. There is a serrated edge and rope cutter on the blade. The handle is gray and the sheath comes in clear blue or black.

K-02 - Stainless
The K-02 is made of stainless steel 420 and will not rust if it is cared for. The blade length is 5 1/2". It has a drop point. There is a serrated edge and rope cutter on the blade. The handle is gray and the sheath comes in clear blue or black.

K-03 - Stainless

K-11
The K-09, K-10 and K-11 knives have black handles, rope cutter, hammer butt, and a serrated edge. The K-09 has a pointed end and a 5 1/2" blade. The K-10 has a pointed end and a 4 1/2" blade. The K-11 has a blunt point and a 4 1/2" blade. The K-09, K-10, and K-11 knife sheaths come in clear blue, black, clear purple, clear, and clear green.

K-15 Diving Scissors
These heavy-duty scissors are able to cut through thick ropes. They are 420 stainless steel, and have serrated cutting edges. There is an easy on-off safety clip on the end of the handle. A heavy-duty nylon sheath is included with the scissors.
