Unless you are planning on purchasing a computer to monitor your depth, time down, and possibly your tank pressure, a diver will find the following instruments essential to safe and enjoyable diving. Essentially, one needs to dive with a submersible pressure gauge (SPG) in order to keep track of the amount of air in the tank, a watch, and a depth gauge. Optionally, a compass may be used to avoid the common problem of losing direction underwater. (Watches are found on another page.) The following instruments are available from Deep-Six:

You will not believe how small and compact the GP100 3-Console Mini-Gauge is! Each of the 3 instruments is about 1/2 the size you find on the scuba market today. There is less bulk. It can be inserted easily into a BC pocket. Yet, as small as it is, it is still extremely easy to read! It has the pressure gauge (SPG), a compass, and a depth gauge.
