Why mess around with a cumbersome large slate when all you need if this one manufactured by Deep-Six. It measures 2.5" X 5". It attaches to the BC shoulder strap D ring (on the side opposite the inflator hose). There is a clip for that purpose. The slate glows in the dark. The pencil marks are easily and completely with a standard erasure or you may use a paste of Comet or Ajax. It costs only $5.75!

Incidentally, if you wish to purchase a larger slate, we sell those too. We have many sizes.

This is a feature-loaded logbook made (and copyrighted) by us. There is no bull included. All the important information about each dive may be noted in this inexpensive and compact document.

Logbooks are very important in diving. They are used to verify eligibility for courses such as Rescue Diver, Divemaster, Instructor, etc. They are used to determine the chances of an injured diver having decompression sickness, they are used to keep track of wet suit/weight configurations as one changes sizes, thicknesses, salt and fresh water conditions, etc. They are used to note how many dives a particular new item will last. And, they are used as a diary of past diving experiences. Keeping an accurate dive log is an important part of scuba diving!
