Standard Regulator/Valve Workstation: Provides controlled air pressure to a test stand where regulators and valves can be checked at sea level conditions. Air (up to 5,000 psi) enters the right side of the case into a master control regulator. There is a special adapter if it is to be attached to a scuba tank. The regulator is attached to a special fitting and tested at any pressure up to 4,500 psi. Regulators are attached to the high pressure, intermediate pressure is applied to an attachment to the BC hose, and a simple probe is attached to the 2nd stage outlet. The workstation evaluates:

Electronic Programmable Workstation: Physically identical to the Standard Workstation. However, the Magnehelic gauge (breathing effort) in this machine is a dual scale, electronic model. after setting acceptable breathing limits, the workstation will emit an audible alarm when either are exceeded. All circuitry is electronically checked on power-up.

Compact Deluxe Flowbench: All functional parameters of scuba regulators may be tested with this unit. That includes the air flow rate. Compressed air enters the left side of the unit. The pressure can be regulated so any desired pressure can be delivered to the test stand. In that way any desired tank pressure may be simulated. The following functions may be measured with a high degree of accuracy:
By means of an electronically-controlled vacuum system, the regulator is driven to emit measured air flows equal to those required by a diver at depths as deep as 300' or more.

Portable Regulator Tester (left): This unique device can be used to test scuba regulators for inhalation/exhalation effort, plus first stage intermediate pressure and lockup stability. All test are done without dismantling the regulator. This is a portable device that is quite compact. It can be used in the field, for classroom demonstrations, on charter boats, and small repair centers.

Benchtop Second Stage Tester (right): Quickly tests the initial inhalation and exhalation effort of any regulator's second stage.The special probe will fit most regulators without removing the mouthpiece.

Instrument Test Chamber: Inside dimensions are 10" diameter and 11" height. The weight is about 100 pounds. It is constructed of alloy steel that is 1/2" thick and plated with a satin-chrome finish. The 1" thick plexiglas view port is locked into place with a steel lens ring using a cog and pin system with O-ring. It is designed to be heavily used with a high safety factor. It has a normal working pressure of 100 psi and has a safety relief valve set at 125 psi (290'). It is pressurized through the standard BC hose. The gauge reads in both psi and depth with a 1% accuracy! Even air-integrated computers may be tested because there is a separate Hp port that the computer hose is attached to and HP air applied while the computer is at the chamber pressure.
